In view of the evolution of the epidemiological situation both in Portugal and in Russia, taking into consideration the gradual lifting of restrictions and the resumption of consular activities, the Embassy informs:
Visas:
- Application for Schengen Visas is suspended until further notice.
- National Visas, D type, may be processed from June 16 for only a few categories (information and appointments via email - sconsular.moscovo@mne.pt).
Notary and Civil Registry services:
- Services will resume from June 16. Appointment via email is mandatory (sconsular.moscovo@mne.pt).
Important information:
Individuals with symptoms of Covid-19, who have had contact with a positive case, or have returned from high-risk countries, should not come to the Consular Section.
All visitors must wear a mask.
All visitors must strictly follow the safety instructions given by consular staff, including those related to sanitary rules and social distancing.
